Hammill, 29, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:59 p.m. Sunday on state Route 212 and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. Hammill was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court. DWI: Lawrence Guarino, 45, of 3220 47th St., Apt. 5F, New York City, was arrested by Saugerties police Sunday on Centerville Church Road in Saugerties and charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor, and with failure to submit to a chemical test to determine blood-alcohol content, a violation. Guarino was arrested after he drove his vehicle off the road, down an embankment and into a ditch, police said. Guarino was not injured. He was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court. Jantzen, 49, of Tivoli, was arrested by Red Hook police at 11:15 p.m. Thursday on U.S. Route 9 in the town of Red Hook and was charged with felony drunken driving and with failing to submit to a breath test, a violation. Jantzen was released with tickets for Red Hook Town Court. DWI: Eric J. Rose-Bueso, 40, of Kingston, was arrested by Red Hook police at 1:05 a.m. Sunday on East Market Street in the village of Red Hook and was charged with two counts of drunken driving, both misdemeanors, and speeding, an infraction.

This makes the 9th deadly shooting of the summer and the 14th homicide of the year for West Palm Beach.
